Factors that influence ideal weight of individuals



Though there is always an on going discussion about maintaining the ideal weight we will have to primarily understand that there are many factors that influence it. Some will be fall into the range quite easily and will be able to maintain it but for some it will change into a struggle all together.

When trying to figure out the ideal weight of a person we will be definitely looking at the calorie intake, physical exercise, dietary habits and overall fitness. Unless these are looked at we will not be able to take any call on the same. Above all this though the ideal weight of a person is predicted it may turn that he may never reach his ideal weight. This may be due to the family history where his family members have different body structure. Or moreover for some the bone type is different. In some muscle types are different. The muscle weighs more than fat. So in these cases it is difficult for these people to maintain the ideal weight. But if they are aware of it then they try to maintain it a level little more at least. Other wise it is sure to create problems later.
